As the Associate Technology Implementation Consultant, you work closely with our internal and external clients on the implementation and training for our products. This involves configuring and modifying applications using established guidelines to integrate with client workflow and providing application training.

You are part of a unit that is involved with ensuring customer safety, as one example, and you do this as you are working on applications within clinical surveillance and pharmacy compliance.

You will be forming relationships with customers, working in implementation, and keeping customers excited about adding efficiencies.

Some of the things you will develop, work on and be responsible for:

Under limited supervision, configure and modify applications to integrate with client workflow using established guidelines.

Coordinate and facilitate external training for new and existing clients.

Communicate to clients the status of implementation issues being addressed.

Using Salesforce, document progress on projects

Troubleshoot client issues related to network, security, performance, database, or other issues.

Escalate issues or implementations that require assistance to Customer Success or Leadership as needed.

Perform data mapping from the client's system(s)

Maintain deadline and turnaround time for work as set by Leadership.

Provide development of training resources and materials as requested.

Assist in the development of team processes and procedures to streamline and increase efficiency.

Act as an advocate for our applications and a trusted adviser to external clients.

Act as a resource to the Leadership team and other internal teams on special projects.

Deliver training and/or webinars to internal and external clients.

The experience we look forward to you having:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Minimum 1 year working in a client-facing or consulting role or other equivalent experience.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.

Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and time managements skills

Excellent creative thinking, interpretation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Experience with MS Office products, professional presence and communication skills, extremely reliable, hard worker and takes initiative.
