Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Associate Territory Manager is responsible for setting up, rolling out and managing the business for the Head & Neck division in Spain. This individual is responsible for supporting agents and distributors in the sales of the designated product or grouping of products. He/She will provide customer support and teamwork with regional franchise, particularly through partnership with the sales teams.

About the Role
Key Activities & Accountabilities:
Maintaining market share and customer satisfaction of our existing customers within the assigned territory/customersCreate new sales opportunitySupport the organization of local event for education, referral program (Ambassador), targeting new stakeholder and NCSMake constant reporting on sales evolution and budget to RSM through Business ReviewImplement strategy at local level in coordinating with RSM, BDM and PMVisit periodically the Customers and map Customers stakeholdersProactively contribute to the sales and growth requested by Stryker for a specific areaConstantly report to the entire organization (marketing and sales) about project assignmentParticipate actively to the STAFF meetingKnows the individual customer’s value driversProvide customer with ongoing advice and consultation, helps him to avoid potential land minesCustomer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultationMarketing programs implementation. Promotions, presentations, launching.Organizing and conducting trainings, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries and workshopsRegular reporting to Regional Sales Manager, on the evolution of the sales and investments, relevant information from the marketplace and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.Interface between the external end users/suppliers and internal staff (Customer service, Tender & pricing, Logistics, inventory)Constantly monitoring the situation of pending orders of product already implantedChallenge the status quo (comfortable challenging customers and decision makers)Solution provider & Natural NetworkersAble and willing to transition customers to a new Sales ForceAble to develop relationship with multiple and different stakeholders in the AccountsWilling to cover large territoryPromoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behavior).Fulfil the quality policy and comply with company’s standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones
Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical fieldMinimum 3 years' sales experience working in the Hospital Environment within the Pharma or Medical Devices industryNative or C2 level of Spanish and intermediate level of English (min B2)Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience with Neurosurgical, ENT (Ear and Throat) and/or Maxillofacial productsFluent level of English (C1)Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulationsExperience working with Surgeons in operating roomsRole details:
