**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Program Administrator to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of global and local travel programs across the Americas. Reporting to the Global Travel and Related Services Manager, this role ensures seamless travel operations, compliance, and reporting for Publicis Groupe.
**Responsibilities**
**Travel Program Administration:**
+ Address and resolve issues with travel suppliers promptly.
+ Support the Global Travel and Related Services Manager with global Request for Proposals (RFPs).
+ Oversee and project manage the implementation of the global travel program in new agencies/markets within agreed timelines.
**Corporate Card Program Management:**
+ Ensure adherence to internal controls and processes.
+ Process corporate card applications, including internal application forms.
+ Manage debt and delinquency for all card products.
+ Align travel supplier payment processes with accounts payable teams.
+ Conduct annual audits of cardholder employee statuses.
+ Maintain and update hierarchy for all markets with global suppliers, including raw data checks.
**Reporting and Analytics:**
+ Collaborate with AMEX Travel and AMEX Card to create and manage monthly data blocks.
+ Analyze and report contracted carriers’ market share, identifying and reducing leakage.
+ Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly travel reports for the Groupe and Solutions HUBs using AMEX Travel’s interactive dashboard.
+ Co-write Quarterly Business Review presentations with global suppliers.
+ Prepare annual CSR reports in collaboration with AMEX Travel.
+ Provide general reporting and spend analytics.
**Policy Compliance and Contracts:**
+ Arrange signature of Local Country Agreements for global suppliers.
+ Manage and maintain the list of out-of-policy approved travelers with HUB CTOs.
+ Act as a second-level approver for out-of-policy travel bookings.
+ Review and manage travel bookings that breach the Groupe’s travel policy.
+ Oversee local travel contracts and run local travel contract RFPs.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Accounting, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel management roles within multinational organizations or Shared Service Centers.
+ Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
+ Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in travel management systems and tools is an advantage.
