Associate Unit Manager

Recruit, train, and onboard new financial advisors. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to financial advisors to enhance their productivity and effectiveness. Organize training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Address client concerns and provide after-sales support. Ensure all client transactions and communications comply with company and regulatory standards.
