As part of the Enterprise Design & Research team, you will contribute to our mission of reimagining digital acquisition in a modern, connected world. As an Associate UX Researcher, you will: + Conduct UX research to uncover user needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform the design of digital acquisition experiences. + Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to ensure customer insights drive meaningful outcomes and innovation. + Partner with other researchers to build on existing insights while contributing to new discoveries that improve customer journeys. + Support experimentation efforts and hypothesis validation to enhance customer experiences and optimize business outcomes. + Help shape research practices and methodologies while growing your own skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our platforms and products deliver value to both customers and the business. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact, learn, and grow as a researcher. **Minimum Qualifications** We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, collaboration, and a strong foundation in research. You should have: + 1–2 years of experience in UX research or a related field, such as psychology, human-computer interaction, or market research. + A Bachelor’s degree in a human behavior-related field (e.g., Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction) or equivalent work experience. + Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and how they inform design decisions. + Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from diverse data sources into actionable recommendations. + Strong organizational skills to lead multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences. + A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. **Preferred Qualifications** We’d love to see: + Familiarity with experimentation methods, such as A/B testing or multivariate testing, and their role in customer experience optimization. + Experience using tools such as remote testing platforms, survey software, or data visualization tools. + A curious and proactive attitude, with an eagerness to learn new methods and tools to improve research outcomes. + Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects effectively. + Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities while staying focused on delivering impactful results. Nice-to-have experience with any of the following: + AirTable (or similar) + JIRA (or similar) + Confluence (or similar) + Behavioral science concepts **Qualifications** Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
