This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with prior validation experience to develop their skill sets and support continuous improvement projects! **Salary range:** $75-80K **Key Responsibilities:** + Execute IQ/OQ/PQ for instrumentation and equipment. + Ensure adherence to validation protocols, generating reports promptly. + Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure proper calibration of equipment and instruments. + Supervise the validation program across various facets (facility, equipment, process, cleaning, etc.). + Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings, providing updates and addressing challenges. + Recommend enhancements to the program. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. + Minimum of 1 year of validation experience. + Proficiency in manufacturing IQ, OQ, PQ, and PV. + Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
