Associate Vice President, Client Service Centre

Position Summary:

The Associate Vice President, Client Service Centre reports to the Vice President, Personal Lines Operations. They are responsible for meeting overall growth and profitability targets by supporting all distribution channels by overseeing the contact center and specific assigned branch(s).

Responsibilities:

In partnership with the VP, develop and execute the annual business plan with a focus onOverall new business and business retentionExceptional client experience & client outreachService model strategyBest practicesIndustry involvementMentoring, training and developmentEnsure consistent and effective application of insurer, HUB corporate policies and procedures as they apply to the business or to the employeesCollaborate on forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning to optimize call center operationsExecute strategies for continuous improvement of key performance metrics includingContact Center metrics such as: average speed of answer, service levels, abandon rates etc.ActivitiesRenewal RetentionAccounts ReceivableNew Client AcquisitionProspecting Conversion RateDivision ProfitabilityCustomer Satisfaction ScoresDevelop sales strategies including referral programs, inbound upsell and outbound dialing initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer acquisitionAssess market and identify current and prospective opportunities to obtain new clients; monitor business results and take appropriate corrective action when

necessary to ensure targets are met

Provide leadership, support and collaborate with other business areas as neededOther duties and responsibilities as assigned

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
