SPAG FINN Partners Malaysia has an immediate opportunity for an Associate Vice President to build our business, team and to take ahead the accounts of our existing clients in the region. The SEA team is a bunch of the most creative, brightest, energetic and enthusiastic communication professionals. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, organized individual who ideally brings excellent experience to work on high-profile and leading client projects, working on the Business development and maintaining strong relationships with the clients. This role represents the work of a brand or an organisation, acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the Malaysia region.
As an experienced industry professional, you will advance brand communications objectives that embrace the client’s strategy and positioning and be an integral part of our growing regional team. What you’ll doManaging client relationships and building long-term partnerships with key client groups.Providing feedback and dialogue with existing clients and evaluating current and past projects.Executing creative client projects and liaising with key personnel regarding delivery and success.Generating new business and identifying growth opportunities within current client contracts.Inter-geography team coordination and project deliveries.Developing a consistent and innovative corporate brand message.Providing senior leadership within the business.Developing the public relations team alongside with regional leader to support brand building exercises and boost positive media coverage.Taking ownership of storytelling with new and creative ideas, driving the editorial strategy with content pitches, press alerts and new campaigns in a range of media including social media.Monitoring the industry and external climate to advise on public relations strategy and positioning.Managing public relations crises and providing counsel to senior leaders.Reporting into the board and supplying high level data analysis.Developing senior press relationships and managing contacts with key commentators, industry spokespeople and sector influencers.Good understanding of print, online – new age media and broadcast – national and regionalNetworking and promoting the work of the brands and clients.Team building, team management and grooming the team members for their growth #LI-AB1About SPAG FINN Partners
