Job Introduction
· An Expert in delivering training programs that drive productivity and performance improvements
Managing the training needs of the North Zone for HSBC Mutual FundDesign, Execute and Monitor the training roadmap for all distribution networkTravel and visit locations in the north zone and support Sales team members in strategy formationCoach and Develop Sales team members and distributors: Mutual fund Distributors and institutionsCreating content and delivering modules on Selling Skills, Soft Skills, Investment concepts and Process Training at regular intervalsPrincipal Responsibilities
· Training and Development of the sales team and the distribution channel
· Adept in Planning, Preparing and Executing the training calendar every month, for the north zone
· Conducting Training Need Analysis through feedbacks and in depth discussion with stakeholders
· Development and Updating of training content
· Executing training requests, within budgets and other boundaries
· Maintenance of all training records
· Review and discuss the progress of LD vertical with Line Manager at regular intervals to identify the gap areas and implementation of suggestions
