Reporting into the Web Marketing Design Lead, you will be a part of a team that will design and build best-in-class marketing website experiences. In partnership with marketers, web strategists, designers, product owners, and technologists, this position plays a critical role in shaping our end to end experiences to guide, inform and educate our clients to make the best choices for their future financial security, supporting our participants to and through their retirement. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver end user experiences through exceptional craft design and execution on end-to-end journey’s, collaborating and partnering with strategy, design, research, and development to support and advocate for modern best practices for web design and delivery, such as design research, journey mapping, personas, storyboards, concept designs, prototyping and final production designs for our end user experiences.Design System experience:Solid experience in design system approach, logic and prioritization/intake especially in Figma systems development.Develops guiding principles and practices for onshore and offshore teams to know when and how to leverage existing assets to empower teams in decision makingSets criteria on when a new component should be created versus leveraging existing components. Balancing when to have attention to detail with speed in deliver values.Works to coordinate design system core components with our (peripheral) design system team (Ethos). Experience in working across various design teams to partner on parallel efforts that leverage tribal knowledge for direct team contributions (journeys, research)Design user-centered experiences by utilizing best practices that include conceptual diagrams and sketches, wireframes, visual mockups, and animated flows to communicate your ideas.Make data-informed decisions, utilizing market analysis, user feedback, user psychology, and usability findings to iteratively evolve your designs.Ensure that the web experience designs meet the needs of the end user and inform and align with client & business challenges/goals.Support and collaborate with a team of designers and design leads. You will collaborate with the marketing and technology organisations to support the channel vision and strategic roadmap, producing validated design concepts and stories that establish a best-in-class experience for our end users.Work collaboratively with others to design and build together, approaching the work with an entrepreneurial mindset that sees opportunity to drive improvement.Design with a passion for identifying a problem and take a hands-on approach towards collaboratively solving it.Play a supportive role in facilitating workshops to learn best practices and deliver successful outcomes.Support design team and embrace design awareness and implementation of modern design methods and best practices to deliver the highest quality experiences.Stay informed about emerging UX trends and technologies.Be a part of a culture that encourages continuous learning, self-awareness, curiosity to learn and seek feedback from others to continuously grow and places an emphasis on improvement over comfort.
