Reporting into the Web Marketing Design Lead, you will be a part of a team that will design and build best-in-class marketing website experiences. In partnership with marketers, web strategists, designers, product owners, and technologists, this position plays a critical role in shaping our end to end experiences to guide, inform and educate our clients to make the best choices for their future financial security, supporting our participants to and through their retirement. You'll test your excellent interaction designs with real-world end users to learn and iterate better. You will create and champion experiences that are highly engaging and usable, while delivering pixel-perfect detailed designs with your team.
