Key Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop a deep understanding of the challenges that the enterprise teams face.\nDefine and advocate for a product roadmap.\nInform day-to-day product management, including cross-functional coordination with our Design and Program Management team to see new features through from concept to delivery, to production.\nMonitor and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement.\nConduct system audit and cleanup efforts for improving overall system operation.\nPerform consultant role for Adobe product-related inquiries, providing expert-level guidance and support.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe ecosystem, working closely with various technical teams as necessary.\nStay updated on the latest features, updates, and enhancements to Adobe products and proactively share this information with relevant stakeholders.\nBuild compelling cases, user stories and product requirements.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to realize this vision by working hand-in-hand with teams.\nMake data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.\nWork with early adopters and power users to find opportunities for quick iterations and continuous improvements.\nDemonstrate customer empathy every day.Educational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience3+ Years Required; 5+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work
