The Associate Planner is a member of an internal workplace planning team that partners with internal stakeholders and capital project teams to deliver well designed workplace environments. This role will be responsible for general support of the US and Global WS+P team.
As an Associate Planner, your typical day may include the following:
Furniture management for capital projects: from bid through install, ensuring furniture is ordered correctly installed seamlessly and to specifications
Wayfinding for capital projects: manage order, delivery and installation of room signs, directional signage, and branding graphics
Special projects: these include day to day operation projects to improve and update the workplace
Attend capital project meetings: represent Workplace Strategy + Planning
Internal collaboration: work closely with groups including procurement, operations and end user request workflows

To be considered for this role you must have a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or related, with 2-5 years experience directly related to delivery of workplace interiors projects. You are proficient with MS Office - with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu. You have experience with contract furniture, space planning and finishes. You understand applicable building codes, clearances, etc.
