Job Description
Responsible for managing the business performance and marketing activities for the Travel Activities product. Drive growth, ROI, and lifetime value through data-driven optimization and experimentation. Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and vendor teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Business ownership & Campaign management
Take full ownership and accountability on the sub-product / sub-area marketing deliveryAble to independently set up and monitor marketing metrics related to certain sub-products/features, and ensure that decisions made are data drivenAnalyze customer data to identify opportunities for campaign/experience optimization, and execute marketing strategy and optimize it for maximum ROI.Work with relevant stakeholders on the implementation of marketing efforts for the growth of the business.2. Customer Lifecycle Management
Monitor and push Travel Activities consumer segments towards business objectivesRegularly monitor and evaluate owned media communications through customer retargeting canvasLead the Product Marketing Executive to be able to deliver all own media communications (Push Notifications, Landing Page, In-App Message, Email, etc) to ensure high funnel-to-funnel conversion.3. Offer Management
Regularly monitor and evaluate owned media communications through customer retargeting canvassLiaise with our Revenue & Growth team to develop a better coupon infrastructureMonitor performance against plan and take corrective actions to achieve objective by liaising with channels, pricing and promo teams.4. Communications and Leadership
Guide and develop the team members in terms of analytical thinking and technical capabilitiesIdentify needs (product / service offering and marketing levers) to meet customer demands & liaise with other teams in the organization to implement these changes.Collaborate with various teams (Pricing, Revenue management, Data, and Product) in identifying and delivering the levers needed for costs-savings or increasing the revenue margin while achieving the top-line growth.5. Other tasks are assigned by direct lead, head of department or senior leadership team
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing, customer experience, and how to integrate digital and in-app strategies.
Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results.
Skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and strong stakeholders management.
Strong people managerial skill with experience in grooming junior team members into high performing individuals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences (both Vietnamese and English).
Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
