The Association Property Inspector plays an active role in achieving long term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Associations relationships. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety and compliance issues and accurately recording finings.

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nNotify responsible parties of code issues in writing and save electronically
• Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues
• Electronically track all violations & architectural from start to completion
• Process fees associated with owner violations and architectural requests
• Monitor TownSq and respond to all owner requests.
• Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
• Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards
• Other duties as assigned\n\n Requirements\nKnowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements (documentation, safety, required reporting).\nProficient knowledge of Microsoft (word, excel).\nKnowledge of architectural plans and/ or drawing at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal etc.).\nProfessional Customer Service.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management skills, adhere to deadlines and time critical prioritization skills.\nMust have reliable vehicle.\nMileage reimbursement for property inspections.
