The Assistant Chief Concierge manages Concierge team members in order to provide special assistance and information about local area attractions to guests and patrons, offering a wide selection of choices and alternatives to ensure guest satisfaction in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs the Assistant Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nDevelop all luggage related procedures and ensure that they are well followed by the Concierge and Bell team members.\nResponsible for the proper and efficient functioning of the Concierge and Bell section, maximizing guests’ satisfaction.\nCoordinate and ensure timely delivery and collection of guests’ luggage.\nSupervise and guide the team in the absence of Chief Concierge to ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to.\nEnsure proper reception of Hilton Honors members as well as other guests at the airport on both arrival and departure. \nFamiliar with hotel operating system especially OnQ PM, Kipsu, HotSOS, and/or table management system.\nGive recommendations to hotel operations when opportunities arise to improve services, increase revenue or reduce costs.\nOversee a record of short term and long term storage, follow up when it’s necessary.\nEnsure that all Concierge and Bell team members adheres to grooming standards set by the hotel.\nThoroughly familiar with all emergency procedures, ensuring the safety of all hotel employees and guests at all times.\nSet team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel / department goals, policies and practices.\nMaintain good personal presentation, adhering to hotel and Hilton standards.\nEnsure that all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.\nAdhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.\nUnderstand the local tourism culture and city profile to provide considerate service to guests.\nCarry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat are we looking for?
\nAn Assistant Chief Concierge serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviour’s, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nSecondary School education and above.\nAt least 2 years of experience in a supervisory level in Concierge operation.\nFluent in English to meet business needs.\nAppreciate Hilton’s culture.\nGood character and ethics. \nStrictly obey the relevant laws and regulations, internal policies and implementations. \nStrong sense of principle, professional management ability, a good team player, excellent interpersonal skills, sense of decency, honest and reliable. \nHave a strong sense of responsibility and learning ability.\nHotel management experience preferred but not required.\nMember of the Golden Key Association - Les Clefs d’Or preferred.\n\nWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
