Main Responsibilities

Business partnering and delivering Service, Cash & Cost for Unilever Indonesia

Managing flawless collaboration with stakeholder to deliver best strategy and action to land Growth target

Collaborate with CD, Logistic, Distributors & Planners to drive Fuel for Growth agenda.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business related fields

At least 2 years working experiences in supply chain

Skill

Strong stakeholder management capability

Negotiation, Objection Management: Ability to find common ground and commercially acceptable solutions, with risk identification and management.

Creative Problem Solving: awareness and intervention through the value chain to seek disruptive, impactful solutions.

Personal Effectiveness: Strong persistency and directing skill, effective and proven strategic planning, ability to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously, resilient and determined towards success. Calm in the face of ambiguity
