The Assistant Director of Inventory Management plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing inventory across various operational units within Johns Hopkins Care at Home. This position is responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, compliance adherence, technological innovation, and collaborative initiatives to ensure operational excellence, cost reduction, and the highest service level in managing the Retail and Infusion pharmacies, a Wholesale Distribution service, and a Home Medical Equipment (HME) operation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or Health related field. Master’s degree preferred. Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy Completion of 340B University (post-hire) Completion of McKesson Buyer University (post-hire) Minimum of 7 years of experience in an inventory role, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management position, in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.

Salary Range: Minimum 62.90 per hour - Maximum 110.10 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
