Our Bill to Cash Customer Experience team is embarking on an exciting journey as it Processing promotion and logistic claim from the customer and continuous improvement of the process 

If you are passionate person who is naturally curiosity, put attention to detail and has passion for creating a continuous improvement process for claim settlement, then we would love have you in the team.  

 

Main Responsibilities 

Receive, register claims (promotion, pricing, logistic claim) 

Investigate claims whether they are duplicated, before registering  

Trade Terms and logistic Claims management 

Analyze trade terms agreements and assess whether they are compliant or not- specializing in trade contracts and promotion setups 

Regularly review process and continuously improve process through automation 

Seek additional information from business partner  

 

Candidate Criteria 

Experience & Qualification 

Min bachelor’s degree in engineering/finance 

Experienced in handling supply chain operational role  

Experienced working with external parties is preferred  

Prior min 1 year work experience in related operation business would be an advantage  

Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Experience & Commercial)  

 

Skill 

Candidate must be able to operate Mastery in Excel, Power BI, Power Point, SAP System and fluency in English  

Team-oriented, detail-oriented, independent, and knowledgeable about supply chain operations.  

Data-driven decision making  

Strong service and cost mindset  

Good communication with cross functions  

Strong external parties management skill  

Strategic thinking and future-fit mindset
