Main Responsibilities

Main responsibility is to execute seamless dCommerce order to cash and improve service level through:

Managing orders to be delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) with close communication with customers

Collaborating with Customer Development (CD) team to manage sales achievement and operational excellence

Collaborating with Customer Service Operations team for smooth order management: order entry, order validation, allocation and shipment planning

Collaborating with Planning team to gain insight on stock availability and maximize fulfillment

Collaborating with logistics team for seamless delivery and inbound process

Collaborating with Bill to Cash team for smooth billing to cash collection

Proactive master data alignment with customers

Rolling out dCommerce digitalization projects to customers

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business related fields

Minimum 2 years of Supply Chain or Ecommerce experience

Agile, proactive and curious

Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 

Stakeholder management

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong commitment and results-oriented

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

Strong Microsoft Excel skills
