The Family Support and Stabilization team at Community Healthlink-UMass provides strength-based services to families, children, and youth under 21 years old who have significant behavioral health needs, and are identified by the Department of Children and Families. Services include clinical, family and youth support as well as parenting classes.

Provide culturally-competent clinical leadership

Provide clinical and administrative supervision of paraprofessional staff members

Participate in the orientation, training and evaluation of paraprofessional staff; and monitoring of services provided by staff to ensure consistency across the program

Work with the Program Director to help to manage program aspects as directed

Provide home-based family therapy to clients and families of diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds

Contribute to the overall success of the team of service providers working with clients and families referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF)

Attend required client meetings

Maintain client records

Follow CHL procedures and protocols

Attend trainings and staff meetings

Complete required client paperwork in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Master's Degree (or above) in counseling, psychology, social work or related human services field

Independently licensed LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or license-eligible, licensed Psychologist with a minimum of two years' experience in management and supervision recommended

Experience providing programmatic and/or clinical supervision to case managers

Demonstrated leadership ability and team building

Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to work independently and to contribute to team objectives required

Excellent writing skills .  Ability to use computer-based information system and electronic medical record

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking a plus

Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide registered and insured automobile for work-related purposes required, including transporting clients in their own vehicle

Must be able to pass a CORI background check
