Job Description
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a talented individual to be an Associate Art Director of Video for the Abercrombie & Fitch brand. As a member of the A&F video team, this person will work with the team to build content from A&F original content to convey a brand message to both the internal and external customer through video editing. Candidates must be creative, collaborative, highly organized and immersed within the world of video and social media. The successful candidate must be an innovative problem solver, self-starter, and a creative marketer with a strong sense of urgency.
What Will You Be Doing?
Support the concept, execution and editing of video content in support of Hollister and Gilly Hicks marketing campaigns and paid media wireframes.Capture footage on set according to storyboards and wireframe needs.Participate in the concepting and execution of social media video when assigned.Support the post-shoot process of editing, reviewing footage, color-grading and coordinating sound and music for Hollister campaigns and paid media video.Support total post-production workflow with editors; act as editor as needed.Collaborate with Design partners to support an aligned vision across static and motion content for Hollister and Gilly Hicks marketing campaigns.What Do You Need To Bring?
Bachelors degree preferredSoftware, proficient in the following areas: Adobe Premiere CC, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Photoshop and Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve (Color Grading specifically; experience with the full application is a plus), General Camera knowledge and Camera operation is a plus.Post-production experience, proficient in the following areas: Editing, light motion graphics (more advanced knowledge is a plus), Color correction/grading, Sound design, codecs and compression, Social and Online video delivery standards & formats.Ability to concept post-production plans, themes, styles. An awareness to trends and editing styles, plus an ability to concept and communicate original ideasAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work calmly, think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented, Optimistic, Creative thinkerA meticulous approach to work; pays keen attention to detailGreat listener; enjoys collaborating with other team membersOpen-minded; takes feedback constructively.Conscientious learner; seeks to upgrade knowledge on the latest techniques in video editingPassionate about video pre-production, production and post-production.Excels in working independentlyOur Company

This role allows for remote work across the U.S.. Therefore, in states and cities that require the hourly or salary compensation or pay range to be included in a job posting, the recruiting pay range for this position is $50,000 - $68,000. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your years of experience, your work location, comparison to other employees in similar or related roles, or market demands. The range may be modified in the future
