Position Overview
The Assistant Manager of Licensed Products (International) assists with the licensing and product responsibilities associated with global licenses and regional products. This resourceful and collaborative member of the team works closely with peers in all global regions, including North America, with a focus on product and license initiatives that expand, create visibility, produce demand, and grow the business of international licenses and products in North America.
Responsibilities
+ Provides support for daily product and licensing tasks of the NA license management team and works collaboratively with the International Business Development department
+ Delivers accurate timely responses to global office and NA inquiries
+ Assist in maintaining organization and relationships across applicable regional cross-functional teams
+ Promotes and leads communication with key functional groups in HQ and International regions daily to collect relevant information and, distribute it effectively to global and NA team members
+ Daily review of IBD team’s posts regarding product development and other applicable information
+ Identify and complete necessary tasks
+ Provides pricing and forecasting for international product launches
+ Build and merchandise line plans that are relevant to North America
+ Pre line programs with regions to share out with sales management for review and forecasts
+ Coordinate, update and maintain all time and action calendars related to international product
+ Draft and create product development and product launch blog posts, collaborating with regional teams to finalize pricing
+ Coordinate and ship samples and sales tool to necessary parties
+ Helps monitor design approval processes for regionally developed products
+ Manage and oversee GCP initiatives and job tracker requests
+ Create and apply best practices for both international and NA product, resources, and processes
+ Create and analyze reports and recaps to track sales, and revenue
+ Assist in managing communications related to licensing campaigns, creative, and collateral that support product lines being driven out of the global regions
+ Runs pending reports and demand evaluations for program roll ups, and PIRs to fulfill any additional sales needs
+ Provides critical support to international markets working closely with internal functional groups to troubleshoot challenges, cross leveraging the strengths, and determining and prioritizing information and projects
+ Build presentations to share and present with management, executive team members, and larger groups to include sales meetings or a conference setting
+ Maintains and organizes global assets in central shared platforms
+ Supports the implementation and execution of new processes that promote and improve connectivity across the organization
+ Assists in the training of new team members and helps manage on-site training at HQ
+ Keep all sensitive matters confidential
+ Other duties as assigned

+ Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred; additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
+ Three (3) to five (5) years of marketing experience; sports or apparel preferred
+ SAP / PLM system experience is a plus

The salary range for this posted position is $60,000 - $70,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
