Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, and VDA 6.3.
Knowledge of Quality Systems, IATF 16949:2016, GD&T.

process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Injection molding
process & Tooling’s [DFM,
Mold flow, Tool design know how], Basic knowledge of other
manufacturing processes.
✅ Industry
Experience: Preferred
background in automotive, or high-precision manufacturing industries.
✅ Problem-Solving
Skills: Hands-on
experience in root cause analysis, defect prevention, and supplier process
audits.

Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with suppliers,
internal teams, to drive quality improvements.
✅ Travel
Flexibility: Willingness
to travel to supplier locations for audits, quality reviews, and corrective
action implementations.
Responsibility
:
•Responsible
for developing new Product as per specific requirement through APQP process
with suppliers.
•Participate in APQP process for new
product development and acted as supplier quality representative, initial
design review, supplier process validation and final PPAP approval
•Coordinate
with cross-functional teams for design reviews, feasibility studies &
Supplier Selection
•Responsible
for Inspection (Layout inspection/ functionally test) of newly developed
product
•Coordinate
for the gauge manufacturing for the new project
•Safe
launch monitoring of the new purchased part
•Responsible for new part development with
supplier
•Analyze supplier non-conformances,
defects, and quality issues, identifying root causes using 8D, 5Why, and
Fishbone Analysis.
•Do
the simulation of defect at supplier end to validate the root cause of problem.
Suggest the appropriate countermeasure for the problem
•Problem
Analysis (7 QC tool’s & SPC) & counter measure implementation &
verification at supplier end
•Responsible
for sample approval for mass production at supplier end
•Establish
master samples at the time of development for visual defects and fitments
approved by customer for further reference
•Follow
up for the countermeasure / 8D report for rejection
•Participation
in the customer specific audit, IATF audits
•Develop
and implement supplier quality improvement programs to reduce defects and
enhance quality levels.
