About This Opportunity As an Analyst II, within our Audit and Assurance team, you will be responsible for assisting with preparation and engagement activities. This position is responsible for helping to ensure the quality and timely execution of evidence gathering that will be relied upon by management and the external auditor for assessments and attestations. In this role, you will need to be familiar and willing to become proficient with SOC, PCI, and/or HITRUST requirements. Additionally, you will be assisting with partner requests to include: due diligence, requests for information, and requests for proposals. This is a career building opportunity for an Experienced Analyst to deepen their knowledge in multiple areas: SOC1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HITRUST CSF. This is an opportunity to sit in either the Atlanta, GA or St. Petersburg, FL office. Option for remote. Responsibilities • Serve as a liaison for SOC1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HITRUST audit engagements on behalf of InComm and external auditors. • Execute and oversee engagements in which InComm Payments is the auditee, including readiness efforts, to ensure compliance with applicable policies/procedures, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements. • Assists in reviewing and following up on evidence obtained during audit fieldwork. • Monitors progress against set company deadlines, including timely communication of current status, obstacles, and issues to management as needed. • Builds, develops, and maintains relationships with different departments across the company. • Gain proficiency in the knowledge of various lines of business across the company (including process flows, product knowledge, etc.) to assist in scoping efforts. • Helps to coordinate the internal reporting and communication of audit engagement findings and remediation of issues to appropriate leadership. • Assists in the identification of changes to existing processes and controls in order to propose updates as needed. • Works on external third party audits and requests for which InComm Payments is the vendor. Qualifications • 2-3+ years of full-time experience planning IT audits, conducting audit activities, and preparing audit reports. • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: SOC1, SOC2, payment card compliance and security (PCI DSS), and/or HITRUST CSF criteria, or additional ITGC regulatory audits (ISO 27001, GLBA, etc.) • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and financial risks, processes, and controls with an emphasis on meeting compliance and regulatory requirements • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple deliverables. • Public accounting/consulting experience is a plus. • Experience with Financial Services, Healthcare, or Fintech companies is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or equivalent. • Must have or be working toward one or more of relevant certifications such as: CISA, PCIP, CISM, CISSP, CCSFP, CIA, etc. InComm Payments provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. *This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program - Tier III
