Job Summary:
The Professional Practice Exp. Senior - Assurance Learning Program Lead is responsible for the day-to-day execution of assurance learning curriculum and training programs within. This includes working with subject matter teams and Learning & Development to create and update training programs within the Assurance learning curriculum, building training communication plans, facilitating training programs, gathering and analyzing feedback to allow actionable steps to be taken regarding training programs, and monitoring and driving training registration, attendance, and uptake.
Job Duties:
Assists with analysis, design, development, and delivery for on-demand and group live delivery, at the National, Regional, and Local Office level Integrates new policies, tools, templates, and innovations from the audit experience into the core learning curriculum Facilitates nationally sponsored training events Drives continual enhancements to and analysis of the core learning curriculum Manages stakeholder relationships by acting as a primary contact for clients and working through challenges Utilizes understanding of measurement of learning programs for continuous improvement Utilizes excellent written communication skills for communications planning and execution Utilizes excellent project/program management skills Other duties as required
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Education or Human Resources, preferredExperience:
Three (3) or more years of learning development experience in financial services, public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience, required Experience developing learning measurement plans, measurement analysis, and reporting, preferred Mastery of the ADDIE model for learning implementation, preferredSoftware:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, required Experience with learning development and delivery tools, preferred Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI, preferred Experience using video editing and eLearning software as well as content aggregation platforms (e.g. Degreed), preferredOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels Excellent organizational skills Expert facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills are required. Demonstrated ability to develop and modify training programs in support of business objectives In depth knowledge of training practices and principles of adult learning theory Excellent leadership and general supervisory skills Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $100,000 -$110,000
Maryland Range: $100,000 -$110,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $100,000 -$110,000
