Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the teaching of various courses in basic training, advanced training and continuing education for marketers, as well as the related administrative work of training.

2. Be responsible for the management, selection and training of the honorary lecturer team, and enhance the skills of trainers.

3. Be responsible for training assessment and feedback. Communicate with the institution's responsible person and the chief trainer in a timely manner about the problems found during the assessment, and make timely rectifications to improve the quality of training

4. Maintain and enter information related to training;

5. Be responsible for the archive management work of the affiliated department;

6. Assist the chief trainer in completing various other training programs of the head office or the region

7. Report any violations or potential risks discovered during the work process in a timely manner and put forward suggestions for correction or improvement;

8. Assist the Audit Department in completing auditing-related work and carry out rectification work based on the audit report;

9. Cooperate with various departments of the head office to complete all kinds of projects and tasks;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

11. Comply with all the rules and regulations formulated by the regulatory authorities;

12. Comply with all the rules and regulations formulated by the company;

13. Comply with the business operation procedures formulated by the company or the department where one is located;

14. The conduct and ethics comply with national laws, the company's professional ethics and moral code, and the relevant regulations of the company's compliance department.

Required Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above;

2. More than 3 years of insurance industry experience;

3. Good time management skills;

4. Be able to work under pressure;

5. Proficient in using Office, and skilled in PPT and Excel;

6. Meet the job content requirements and assessment indicators set by the company for this position;
