Summary You will serve as an ATC Training Standardization Specialist in the Operations Department of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA. Responsibilities You will compile data and analyze data aviation/air traffic operations, runaway usage, special use airspace usage, track ATC training time, and manpower shortages and projections. You will prepare and disseminate detailed monthly, annual and biennial reports; updates to Facility Manual and other facility publications; and prepare official correspondence. You will maintain detailed training jackets for all civilian and Marine controllers for duration of employment/tour of duty. You will maintain critical office supplies and ATC supplies and maintains related budget. You will prepare and distribute any updates to Facility Manual and other facility publications. You will prepare all applicable official correspondence for Air Traffic Controller Facility Officer signature. You will purchase and control all necessary supplies to support an extensive amount of paperwork associated with ATC training. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating program operations for efficiency and effectiveness; experience in ATC protocols and qualification standards for civilians and Marines; and gathering data and using it to analyze trends across operational, training, and manpower realms. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Compiling data for statistical analysis of ATC program operations; preparing updates to publications; and preparing reports and correspondence for relevant ATC programs.
