Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an ATHLETIC TRAINER to join our ATHLETIC TRAINING team!
The Athletic Trainer provides athletic training services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Evaluates, treats and plans patient care in accordance with Athletic Training standards, taking into account the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient. Incorporates patient and family education. Provides documentation for all the above.
HOURS: 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks working day shift hours, Monday-Friday
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of athletic training standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from a school accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).Current Wisconsin licensure to practice athletic training.Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.Current AED certification.Possesses a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required.Employee Benefits
