To provide quality athlete care according to practice standards of National Athletic Trainer Association appropriate to age and disability related to limitations in function. To market athlete care services to community, physicians, and other referral sources._ **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + _Follow and support ATC Standards, expectations and Policy and Procedures, ensuring consistency among sites._ + _Appropriately assesses and examines secondary school athletes with varying diagnoses according to the Athletic Training scope of practice._ + _Administers immediate first aid and emergency care based on nature of injury, including follow-up with physician as appropriate._ + _Communicates with the athlete, physician, coach, and family regularly._ + _Coordinate personal schedule in conjunction with Area Supervisors and Area Managers_ + _Documents health care injury records and provides clear instructions for follow-up._ + _Assesses athlete’s status in response to treatment and rehabilitation modifies programs as appropriate._ **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **Minimum qualifications** : + Bachelor’s Degree in a related field + Licensure appropriate to governing body of state licensing board.
