**Job Description:** Provides oversight of the daily operations of the assigned department(s) including staff scheduling, employee development and coaching, and implementation of workflows and processes. Will assist Orthopedics Operations Manager and Sports Medicine Manager by providing input regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budget(s). Responsible for leadership of athletic training team through staff development, patient care, patient advocacy, and ensuring services are provided to outreach sites per contractual obligations. This individual may perform athletic training duties by skillfully assessing patient/athlete health, providing treatment, and educating patients/athletes regarding injuries. The athletic training supervisor will support continuous quality improvement efforts within the athletic training team and sports medicine and orthopedics departments.
