A leading architecture and design firm is seeking a Project/Contract Manager with Education and K-12 experience to join their Atlanta office!  This individual will work as part of a team on a variety of challenging full life-cycle aviation projects, delivering packages and ensuring client satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities:

Participate in marketing and business development Prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts Manage project budget, schedule, and consultants Track fees and costs Manage day-to-day activities of projects Foster communication with project team Ensure compliance with standards and policies Provide leadership and mentor staffPA & PM - Key skills and experience: 12+ years of professional experience through all phases Architecture License required 5+ years of Project Management experience 10+ years of education experience preferred  Proficiency using Revit is a bonus In-depth knowledge of design, construction methodology, and material application Thorough understanding of project planning, scheduling, staffing, and budgeting       Ability to work on multiple complex projects Travel may be required
