ATLANTA FALCONS: GRASSROOTS MARKETING STREET TEAM
The AMBSE Brand Strategy Group is a collection of storytellers, content creators and communications experts responsible for setting the tone of the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium brands. This talented group leverages the entire marketing mix across brand strategy, advertising, digital and grassroots engagement and media outreach to create emotional connections with our fans both locally and nationally.
As a critical part of this group, the Atlanta Falcons Grassroots Marketing Street Team will act as an extension of our brand to ignite and engage our fans and communities throughout Metro-Atlanta. The team will directly support the Atlanta Falcons Brand Marketing team and serve as the execution arm for all Falcons grassroots marketing initiatives and activations.
This high-profile, fast-paced, challenging opportunity requires energetic, proactive brand stewards. These positions require strong leadership, collaboration and organization skills with the ability to translate consumer insights and market understanding into detailed and meaningful grassroots marketing initiatives that enhance brand affinity and significantly contribute to sales and ticketing business objectives. Must have a positive mindset with an expertise in dissecting and understanding local audiences in order to foster long term brand loyalty.
Note: The grassroots marketing event calendar structure requires prompt and frequent participation for weekend activations. Weekend availability is required.
This Part-time position will run from March 2025 through February 2026.
Roles and Responsibilities
Activate several Atlanta Falcons Grassroots Marketing initiatives throughout Metro-Atlanta and surround areas from March 2025 – February 2026 (pending the conclusion of Falcons football season) (weekdays and weekends) Engage prospective and current fans of the Atlanta Falcons in an energetic, professional and positive manner through various brand marketing, community engagement events and promotional efforts Generate excitement for Atlanta Falcons by being positive and knowledgeable about the organization Responsible for set up, tear down and management of all interactive elements at community events that will maximize the brand's awareness, build a deeper connection to fans and drive qualified sales leads Leverage mobile software to compile information of interested fans for more team and organization information Provide helpful feedback to Atlanta Falcons Brand Marketing team following each activation to continuously improve future initiatives Engage with interdepartmental teams on a monthly basis to gain insight on the organization to stimulate professional growth Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Currently enrolled in college, or a recent college graduate (within 5 years) Prior internships, volunteer work or any work experience in community events or marketing required Sufficient knowledge of Atlanta communities, social events and emerging trends Sufficient knowledge of the Atlanta Falcons; pre-existing fandom of team encouraged Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

(Most events are on the weekends). Position will run from March 2025 until February 2026.
