The successful candidate responsibilities will include:_ + _Serve as an internal subject matter expert on implementation, management, and support of products and plugins across the entire Atlassian Suite of tools._ + _Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within the Atlassian Suite._ + _Design, engineer, support and enforce Ford platform standards in a HUB/Spoke governance model for the Atlassian products and cloud platform._ + _Create, and maintain technical as well as customer facing documentation on key Hub and Spoke configurations currently in use, relationships between sites and products, and key information necessary for ongoing support._ + _Champion tool to tool integrations within the Atlassian Cloud suite as well as external systems as required._ + _Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to diagnose issues, identify root cause, and resolve product issues that may arise._ + _Implement new tools and processes as required to enable effective use of SRE in support of Spoke customers._ + _Define and support Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and ensure that Atlassian products in use comply with Ford Cyber Security Policies_ + _Participate in and represent the Atlassian Hub Service team in the Ford Atlassian Center for Enablement with each of the PDO “Spoke” Teams._ + _Must be highly collaborative and able to work with different application, engineering, and support teams of diverse composition._ + _Occasional weekend and after-hours required to implement software upgrades and support application launches as the need arises._ **_Qualifications_** + _Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Science or work equivalence_ + _Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Cloud Suite and features_ + _3-5 Years of experience in the administration, configuration, development, and support of Atlassian cloud products in and large scale enterprise environment, which may include some or all the following:_ + _JIRA Software, add-ons, associated plug-ins, and extensions_ + _Jira Service Management_ + _Confluence_ + _Compass_ + _Atlas_ + _Jira Align_ + _Jira Product Discovery_ + _Jira Automation_ + _REST API, Python,and advanced JQL experience._ + _Experience in working with business stakeholders for user requirement collection, problem statement identification, and functional design and fit/gap analysis._ + _Experience in software product development, implementation, and change management processes._ + _Experience in the Agile Methodology and mindset._ + _Knowledge in ITSM processes supporting Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management._ + _Must be highly motivated and able to work on multiple initiatives_ _at the same time._ + _Solid analytic and critical thinking skills._ + _Enthusiasm to learn new technologies._ You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
