A financial firm is looking for an Atlassian Technical Product Manager to join their team in New York, NY. Compensation: $150-195K
Atlassian experience is a MUST!Responsibilities: Serve as the organization's SME for Enterprise Agile Tooling (e.g. Jira, Trello, Atlassian plugins, planning poker), managing product backlogs, vendor relationships, upgrades, feature adoption, and integrations Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancements of agile tooling ensuring alignment with SDLC processes and regulatory requirements Evaluate, select, and configure agile tools and technologies to support efficient software development and delivery Define and maintain key delivery metrics and dashboards (e.g., velocity, throughput, WIP, risk posture) tailored for both executive and operational stakeholders Develop and deliver training sessions, playbooks, and knowledge assets to promote best practices and consistent usage of agile tooling across the organization Ensure seamless integration of agile tooling with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD platforms, test automation frameworks, and governance processes (e.g., risk assessments, code scanning, change management) Collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, security, risk, and compliance teams to gather requirements and ensure the tooling ecosystem supports enterprise-wide KPIs, KRIs, KCIs, and policy adherenceQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 7 years of experience in agile delivery, enterprise tooling, or software development lifecycle roles 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level agile tooling implementation, administration and user onboarding (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification is required. Atlassian/JIRA Cloud is preferred Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe Agilist are desirable Proven experience working in regulated environments, with exposure to audit, compliance, and control frameworks Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Jenkins, SonarQube) Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a collaborative approach to working across cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities Detail-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes and business practices
