Job Description:

We at NCR continue to evolve our Market Solutions to meet the new and challenging demands in the FI services marketplace.  It consists of on-demand ATM solutions that don't require large capital expenditures or lengthy and expensive IT integration efforts, giving FIs the ability to manage their ATM distribution and innovation agendas without taking a back seat to controls and regulatory priorities.  As an ATMaaS Product Manager, the qualified candidate will work all aspects of our Solution offer, which includes managing the solution/product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with internal/external business partners to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Summary of Duties:

Support ATM as a Service (ATMaaS) solution; responsible for end-to-end ownership and lifecycle management of a ATMaaS including developing and managing  solution enhancements from ideation to launch; develop base solutions, expanded offerings, professional service opportunities; ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on scheduleDetermine and maintain a clear definition of solution market size, position, segments served and business opportunity; develop market/competitive intelligence and understandingDefine, develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps by analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with internal/external business partners; product positioning and messagingDefine and quantify value that ATMaaS brings to our customers and industry; quantify positive impact on customers and build into value positioningProduce business and product requirements documents, solutions guides, sales tools,  supporting sales collateral and go-to-market plansDetermine pricing by utilizing market data; reviewing operational and technical costs; anticipating/projecting growth; costing special and customized deals; develop pricing models with Finance and expand market pricing knowledge of competitorsManage/monitor ATMaaS financial results – pipelines and progress relative to plansExpand market share by working with sales team to develop sales strategiesDevelop a solid understanding of ATMaaS areas and benefits including – hardware, software, processing, networks, operations and security

Qualifications:

Degree(s) in the field of Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing and/ or Technology from an accredited institution; or equivalent knowledge gained through experience

Experience:

Proven experience as a Solution/Product Manager, Developer or similar roleKnowledge regarding – Product requirements analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, sales, financial analysis and strategyExperience in product lifecycle managementDemonstrated success defining and launching excellent productsExamples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

Work Conditions
