They are responsible for staying abreast of the ever-changing registration and business license requirements in each state and local jurisdiction. This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. + Maintaining the company’s ATM registration and business license records. + Completing applications for ATM registration and business licenses. + Managing the various renewals throughout each year. + Submitting and processing payments for registrations and licenses. + Ensuring compliance with each state and local jurisdiction’s special filing requirements. + Processing mail and verbal communications with state and local jurisdictions or their third party representatives. + Integrating and improving manual processing to develop an automated process for the future. + Other duties may be assigned.
