POSITION SUMMARY: The FICO Solution Architect will focus on defining solution strategy and design principles, ensuring the alignment between the business needs and technical solutions. The architect will serve as the subject matter expert to guide technology strategy for SAP and non-SAP solutions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Drive Innovation by bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the Enterprise Financial organization to drive continuous improvements. Defining the standards, and principles, encompassing system design and configuration for the Finance and Controlling modules. Lead the Process Standardization across the enterprise to ensure consistent and efficient financial operations for non-standard processes with a goal to optimize the processes. Interpret and deliver impactful designs to improve business continuous improvements and the Enterprise transformation/Initiatives. Defining and ensuring the seamless integration with other SAP modules like Material Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. Assisting with mapping data flows for the Company Financial Requirements, including migrations from legacy systems to the target system, including Data Lake Data Marts. Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications across the FICO workstream. Preparing visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality and process flows. Monitoring data quality and ensuring adherence to data governance policies. Lead in the evaluation and recommendation of emerging technologies for Finance and Controlling. Ensure compliance by developing controls for new audit requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related discipline required Deep knowledge and experience with SAP Finance and Controlling solution design and end to end implementation with a minimum of 10 years.
