EL Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.We are looking for a ATS Product Expert to join our team. As a ATS Product Expert, you will be involved in managing and optimizing the company's ATS product line, ensuring that it meets market demands and maintains a leading position. You will collaborate with the research and development team to drive product innovation and optimization, as well as work with the sales team to understand customer needs and market dynamics, ensuring the product's competitiveness.Main Accountabilities: 1.\tIndustry Development and MaintenanceResearch industry trends and competitor products, anticipate the technical development direction of ATS products. Communicate with the ATS standard committee and expert groups, participate in expert group discussions/experimental verifications on industry application demand \"difficult\" issues.2.\tProduct Marketing and TrainingParticipate in formulating product marketing strategies; update and optimize product materials, solutions; provide professional training for internal and external customers.3.\tProduct Optimization and InnovationCommunicate with the R&D team, factory, drive product innovation and optimization; provide feedback on product technical/service/quality-related issues.4.\tSales Support and Daily Operations Understand customer needs, provide technical support for key industries/customers; Regional and channel sales support.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor's or Master's degree, major in science and engineering (electrical automation major is preferred);\tFive years or more relevant industry or position work experience with strong sales capabilities, professional ATS product experience, and related knowledge;\tPassion for ATS products;\tStrong learning ability; customer-oriented; strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity;\tResults-oriented; excellent interpersonal interaction, communication skills, and teamwork ability.
