POSITION SUMMARY:

The Attendant, Gaming Machines will provide excellent customer service and ensures all guests receive an unique and positive experience in the Casino. The Attendant, Gaming Machines shall directly report to the Supervisor, Gaming Machines and Senior Supervisor, Gaming Machines and Duty Manager, Gaming Machines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcomes all guests of the complex, tell them about available slot machines and game rules, know the gamesExplains content and advantages of loyalty program to customersCreates positive corporate culture, based on Company objectivesExchanges information with Supervisors and Managers on how to improve business activities and servicesCreates and maintains inclusive working environment and ensures proactive teamwork with all the colleaguesBears responsibility for cash and cash equivalents stock, accurate and well-timed execution of all operations, including check of given out cash and balancing at the end of the shiftCarries out financial/money transactions of customers, credit cards servicesAccepts, calculates, keeps and gives out cash and stock with due regard to security requirements and safe-keeping of material assets

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Ideally 1-2 years in a Casino Environment but not necessaryExperience in the Hospitality Industry will be considered an advantage

Education

Secondary level education

Skills / Competencies

Greek and English conversational level is a must; any other language will be considered as a strong advantage
