Saputo Dairy Products Canada is seeking a passionate Attendant, Warehouse II to partner with the Orangeville Warehouse team and to support warehouse needs of the plant.

They will be responsible and accountable to ensure ingredients, packaging materials are moved to and from the production lines in a timely manner, including warehouse organization and replenishment system, loading and unloading trucks, receiving, lot traceability, maintaining accurate inventories for coolers and warehouse as well as removing and preparing finished goods from lines to transfer to the Vaughan Distribution Centre.

Schedule: 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Contract: 6 months

Salary: $24.95/-

There are 2 salary increases in the first year of employment, with a target rate of $26.25/hour.

Comply with all Saputo Orangeville Health and Safety, Food Safety and Quality regulationsAttend scheduled shift regularly and punctually ready to fulfil all duties requiredFocus on customer satisfactionComply with all Saputo Orangeville policies and proceduresReport immediately to Supervisor any/all food safety and quality issues identifiedSupply, remove and accurately record movement of all packaging materials and ingredients to/from all production linesStaging supplies for the following day’s productionResponsible for lot traceability of ingredients and packagingAnswering of speaker pages and requests in a timely and efficient manorWork with warehouse team to prioritize daily work to suit needs of production.Loading and unloading of trailers and trucks, while following inspection procedure.Assisting production and packaging workers with requests for suppliesUse of computer and Maestro system to input and maintain accurate data.Receiving courier packages/materials and delivery to proper recipient.Planning of replenishment for production needs and bulk cheese.Use of MHE equipment transfer skids, bring down materials from racking and loading/unloading trucks.Remove finished goods from production lines and ensure accurate counts and documentation in preparation for transfer to the Distribution CentreMaintain accurate and up to date inventories of raw materials and staging coolerMaintain the dry goods warehouse in an organized and clean state – responsible for functioning of the replenishment systemReceiving of chemicals, compressed gases and other miscellaneous materials delivered directly to the plantBulk cheese preparation from staging coolerGeneral housekeeping/organization of both staging cooler and warehouseAccurately document all required paperwork, including any documentation required for SQFLead by example and assist whenever required to ensure top performance on lineWear all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)Participate in daily mandatory stretching programAdhere to good hand washing practices to ensure food safetyOther duties as assigned

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
