Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: + Takes guests orders in a timely fashion + Responsible for serving, bussing and streamlining service at table and counter seating + Actively up sells products and uses endorsements at all appropriate service opportunities Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: + Maintains all legal beverage service guidelines + Prepares and breaks down service stations in accordance with dining room standards + Assists guests with any general casino information, when needed Minimum Education and Qualifications: + Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment + Good verbal and written communication skills + Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers in English Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: + Knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, glassware, garnishes and beverage service techniques + Knowledge and skill in all check reconciliation procedures including, cash, comps, credit cards, coupons, players club points, vouchers and gift cards Training Requirements: + Previous food server or cashiering experience Physical Demands and Work Environment: + Must be able to stand for long periods of time with frequent lifting and bending + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
