Primary duties include representing indigent clients in all phases of criminal proceedings. The primary responsibilities also include assisting and/or handling indigent clients’ representation with criminal cases. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities for the position. This position involves extensive courtroom and trial experience in the Superior Court. Demonstrating a strong commitment to indigent defense is required, and residency in Clarke/Oconee Counties is preferred.
