Primary duties include representing indigent clients in all phases of criminal proceedings, including arraignment, pretrial hearings, trial preparation, plea negotiations, trial, and sentencing. This position involves extensive courtroom and trial experience in Superior Court. The applicant should be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
