Works in the Disney Iberia Legal department in many areas, with main focus on marketing (mainly for Studio and Disney+, including local original productions), local or regional programming acquisition (including pre-buy) agreements, local theatrical distribution agreements, partnerships and promotions agreements, SCR agreements. Works with the Marketing, PR, Partnerships, Social Corporate Responsibility (SCR), Programming, Compliance, Sourcing and Procurement and Finance teams. Drafts and negotiates local programming acquisition agreements, service agreements of all type and gives advice to the aforementioned areas of the business. Fosters a relationship building culture within the team.
What will you do :
Advices and works on all types of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, to support all lines of business within The Walt Disney Company in Spain. A minimum expertise on personal data protection is required.
Supervises work on competitions organized by all lines of business including the drafting of terms and conditions, assisting with clearances and ensuring overall competition compliance.
Negotiates and drafts 3rd party programming acquisition deals
Negotiates and drafts 3rd party programming pre-buy deals
Negotiates and drafts theatrical distribution agreements of Spanish films
Negotiates and drafts partnership and promotion agreements
Assists with SCR initiatives
Assists with content clearance (liaising with the US legal team as required)
Assists in the relationship with the Antipiracy Legal department
Assists the legal department in the research of EU and local laws and regulations applicable to the business
Required Qualifications & Skills :
