Job Description:
Provides general legal counsel to Latin America support functions, including procurement and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate non-financial contracts and documents with vendors, service providers, and third parties;

Advise on data privacy laws and regulatory aspects of cybersecurity;

Review and provide guidance on judicial requests and demand letters from authorities.

Support the Ombudsman function;

Offer legal guidance on regulatory matters and institutional policies;

Individuals in this position typically have up to four years of experience since admission to the Bar.


Skills:

Licensure in Brazilian Bar is mandatory;

Fluent English and Portuguese are required (Spanish is a plus);
