Description Robert Half is seeking an Associate Attorney for a reputable law firm in Chicago, Illinois. The successful Attorney will be involved in handling a variety of cases from commercial litigation to class action defense, serving a diverse range of clients from Fortune 50 corporations to entrepreneurs and individuals. This role is based in a convenient downtown location in a collegial office environment. Responsibilities: • Engage in complex commercial litigation cases, providing robust legal support and defense. • Utilize Case Management Software to track and manage cases effectively. • Conduct thorough Legal Research to build strong cases and provide sound legal advice. • Utilize your skills as a Licensed Attorney to represent clients effectively in various legal matters. • Take on Litigation - Class Action cases, providing strong defense strategies for clients. • Conduct Defending Depositions, ensuring clients are well-represented and informed throughout the process Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Attorney/Lawyer. • Experience in Commercial Litigation is necessary. • Strong ability to conduct Legal Research. • Must be a Licensed Attorney.
