Description Our client, a premier law firm specializing in complex insurance law and litigation, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join its Litigation Practice Group in Midtown Manhattan. Our client seeks an Associate with at least three years’ experience in insurance policy analysis, preparing coverage opinions, providing coverage recommendations, and drafting reservations and disclaimers to join its Litigation Practice group. We are searching for candidates with superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a team-player mentality to join our team. Attorneys must be admitted in the state of New York, although the Associate may handle cases venue across the US. Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including policy analysis, drafting coverage opinions, and similar tasks. Please note: finely honed writing skills and writing experience are non-negotiable. Requirements Requirements: - J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York. - A minimum of three years of experience in insurance policy analysis, coverage opinions, and drafting legal documents related to coverage matters. - Strong understanding of insurance law and litigation practices.
