We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in the Real Estate & Property industry at our location in Washington, District of Columbia. The chosen candidate will be involved in various real estate transactions with a focus on affordable housing and community development work that enhances the local communities.
Responsibilities
• Handle real estate transactions with precision
• Develop an understanding of regulatory analyses
• Engage in affordable housing and community development projects
• Work comfortably across different time zones, specifically West Coast and Hawaii
• Ensure complete availability during the work schedule
• Be involved in complex real estate transactions when required
• Maintain a strong interest in strengthening communities through your work

Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry.
• Must have strong expertise in Real Estate law, with a particular focus on commercial real estate.
• Should have a deep understanding of legal regulatory requirements and procedures in the real estate sector.
• The applicant should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully handling real estate transactions and litigation.
• The applicant must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proficiency in the use of legal research tools and software is required.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
• The applicant should have a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• The candidate must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases is a must.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
