Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Tallahassee, Florida. The role primarily revolves around real estate and estate planning in a small, busy transactional office setting. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of attorneys and will be given the responsibility to handle all matters in-house as well as litigation. Responsibilities: • Utilize your legal expertise in handling real estate and estate planning matters. • Deal with case management software to track and manage cases effectively. • Use Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and handling electronic documents. • Work on Conveyancer for real estate transactions and dealing with legal aspects of real estate. • Handle briefing, civil litigation, and claim administration tasks. • Address and manage complaint handling efficiently and professionally. • Maintain a broad knowledge base of consumer electronics. • Contribute to the growth of the firm by bringing in a book of business. • Strive towards maintaining a good infrastructure and work-life balance within the firm. Requirements • Must hold a detail-oriented degree in Law. • Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Attorney/Lawyer. • Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat software. • Demonstrated experience with Case Management Software. • Familiarity with Conveyancer software is a must. • Proven skills in Document Management. • Experience in Briefing and Commercial /Civil Litigation. • Ability to handle Claim Administration effectively. • Experience in Complaint Handling.
