Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Columbus, Ohio. As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will be tasked with providing exceptional legal services, managing business litigation cases, and fostering client relationships. You will be a part of a team that values collaboration and communication, and you will be expected to handle assigned cases independently. Responsibilities • Independently manage assigned cases from inception to conclusion • Foster and maintain relationships with current clients and attract new ones • Provide exceptional legal services in the area of business litigation • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth progress on cases • Report on the progress of cases to the team leader • Handle complex business and commercial litigation matters • Ensure all client records and case documents are maintained accurately. Requirements • Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active member of the Ohio State Bar Association. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on Complex Business Litigation and Commercial Litigation. • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex business and commercial litigation cases. • Highly skilled in performing legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case strategies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple cases with varying degrees of complexity. • Proficiency in using legal research tools and software. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • High ethical standards and detail-oriented integrity.
